In order to evaluate the quality of the flour, production is being tested daily in our R&D Ba- kery by an experienced team. Besides quality tracking, our food engineers tries out various range of products and different flour mixes to meet the demand of our customers. Our team also make trials when there is a special request from our clients. Meetings are being held in our R&D Bakery and education will be given.
